Legal / Redorbe
Privacy policy
How this website handles project enquiries, local drafts, technical data, and your privacy choices.

Information you choose to share
When you send a project enquiry, Redorbe receives the contact and project information you enter, including your selected service, project summary, stage, goal, timeline, budget range, name, company, email, phone number, and preferred contact method. We use it to understand the enquiry, respond to you, and plan any agreed follow-up.
Drafts in the project form
The multi-step form saves a temporary draft in your browser so your work is not lost during an error or refresh. The draft stays on that device until you send the form, clear browser storage, or replace it with a new draft.
Intro and interface preferences
The website uses session storage to remember that the opening introduction has already been shown during the current browser session. This prevents unnecessary repetition and is cleared by the browser when the session ends.
Technical and security information
When the contact form is submitted, the server may use network and request information, such as an IP address supplied by the hosting platform, to limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse. Short-lived rate-limit records are held in server memory and are not used for marketing.
Analytics readiness
The website can emit basic interaction events for service selection and project-form progress if an approved analytics data layer is configured. The current code does not independently send those events to an analytics provider. Any future analytics or cookie setup should be disclosed here and, where required, presented with an appropriate consent choice before activation.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell project enquiry data. Information may be handled by hosting, form-delivery, communication, or security providers used to operate the website and respond to enquiries. The final production form provider may process information in another country. Its identity, location, and retention terms should be confirmed before launch.
Enquiry information should be kept only for the time needed to handle the request, manage any resulting engagement, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
Security
The website validates submitted fields, limits request size and frequency, and requires an encrypted form destination in production. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so access, retention, hosting, and delivery controls should be reviewed as part of the final deployment.
Your choices
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of enquiry information by emailing hello@redorbe.com.
You can remove the unsent form draft by clearing this website's browser storage. You may also contact Redorbe directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp instead of using the website form.
External communication services
Email, phone, and WhatsApp links open services with their own privacy practices. Information you choose to send through those services is also handled under the relevant provider's terms.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, analytics setup, legal requirements, or business practices change. Material changes should be reflected on this page before the related processing begins.
Policy status
This policy is a detailed implementation baseline, not legal advice. It should be reviewed against the final hosting, analytics, form-delivery, cookie, retention, jurisdiction, and business requirements before launch.
